Bespoke Cabin Projects So Far This Year

Log Cabin with Fancy Veranda

As Summer 2017 has brought some glorious weather, we have been busy working on a bunch of projects across London and the South East. Below you can see some of our bespoke log cabin projects which may give you inspiration for something of your own.

Firstly we have a cabin with a large canopy and veranda which is to be used as a camping lodge near Sevenoaks in Kent. It is awaiting its treatment and waterproofing, but when it is done it will look stunning and provide a good size sleeping area and a front porch perfect for entertaining. Plenty of space for some patio furniture and a barbecue! The side storage area allows the furniture to be stored neatly away when the British weather decides to turn.

The cabin wall thickness is 68mm, which provides natural insulation and strength. Our larger models are available with this wall thickness and a great choice for educational buildings or camping lodges. 44mm log cabins are a great choice in most situations. If you do want to use the cabin for the whole year around, we would recommend insulating the floor and roof as a minimum. The 28mm choice is ideal for summerhouses, or a building to be used as a shed.

Our cabins that feature verandas are more popular than ever at the moment. This allows our customers to get the best out of the outside and inside space.

Multi room cabins are great when you want the best of both worlds; a summerhouse to relax in and a shed to keep those bikes and tools out of the way. The images below show several examples of cabins we have installed in Surrey demonstrating several layouts that work in a variety of situations.

Our log cabins are ideal for a huge range of purposes including entertaining, teaching, storage and even a man-cave or she-shed!
